Please note that due to the nature of digital downloads, NO REFUND, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS can be issued.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Our policy is 15 days. If 15 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Digital products and software
* Certain health and personal care products
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is given: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* CD, DVD, VHS cassette, software, video game, tape, or vinyl disc that has been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision as to whether or not we will approve or reject your claim.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to our policy is 15 days. If 15 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.
If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you have returned the item.
Shipping
To return a product, you must send it by postal mail to the address provided by our customer service department when you requested the return.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than $50, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or take out delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.

WARRANTY:
The operation process of our warranty / repair is as follows:
1. If there is a problem with the item, first check whether the customer will not operate/improperly cause damage. If the customer will not operate/improperly cause damage, it will not meet the warranty terms and will not be warranted.
2. After the company's technical staff initially confirms the company's product quality problem, the customer returns the product, and if it is finally diagnosed as a product quality problem, the same product will be returned to the customer for free. If the customer wants to change the projector of a different model, he needs to make up the difference in product price.

4. If there is a problem with the product itself (not caused by human beings), the customer firmly wants to return the product without repairing, and the customer needs to pay the freight to return the product to our company. 5. Our company will not bear any cost for products sent back without confirmation by our company's technical and business personnel.
